Ergi shows the current generation cost in the creator. Your available balance can include different credit sources; the account experience is the source of truth for your current balance and subscription.

Before checkout
Do I need a subscription to buy a credit pack?
No. Sign in with a free account and choose an available one-time credit pack. You can also buy extra credits while subscribed.
When are purchased credits added?
Ergi waits for server-side payment confirmation before showing the checkout as confirmed and adding purchased credits.
Can I switch an active subscription to another plan?
Plan switching is not available in the current product. The account billing screen shows the actions currently available for an active subscription.
